You can issue dependent cards in your Health Wallet for up to a maximum of ten eligible dependents. Dependents can only be issued physical cards.
How to issue a card for family members
Select Cards.
From Dependent Cards section, select Add Card.
Enter the Dependent Card details.
Select Submit.
When will my card arrive?
New cards can take 7-10 business days to be delivered. If your card does not arrive within that standard timeframe, please contact your customer support team for further assistance.
Cards may ship separately
If you order multiple family cards, they may ship separately and may not arrive in the same envelope.
